Iron Chef NC!

Seriously, the whole time I was making dinner tonight, I had a running commentary by Alton Brown in my head, and my comments in translation. Very odd. Dinner ended up decent; Matt liked it.
Tuna Shells
2 cans tuna
Miracle Whip to moisten
Relish to taste
10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups cooked brown rice
1 12 oz box jumbo shells, cooked
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
8 oz sour cream
Miracle Whip to taste
Cheese
Heat oven to 375. Mix tuna, whip, relish, bacon and brown rice in large bowl. Put one to two tablespoons of tuna mixture into each shell; set shells open side down in large casserole. Mix soup, milk, sour cream and whip in bowl, blend until smooth. Spoon over stuffed shells. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered. Turn oven off, top casserole with cheese, let sit in warm oven until melted. Makes lots. :)
It was a variation on the chicken stuffed shells that my m-i-l makes (and that I love, just don't care for the work that goes into it).
We didn't have the chicken or the stuffing mix, so I worked it into a tuna-based recipe instead, with things from the pantry (hence "Battle: Pantry").
And if you think it's weird that I have cooking show commentary in my head while cooking, you should hear the mafia battles that take place when I play solitare. o_O
