The trouble with tv
Nov. 16th, 2006 11:55 pmOr more specifically, the trouble with National Geographic Channel. You can just be flipping channels, and come across something so WTF that you can't help but watch. That's how I ended up watching a program on the history and future of toilets, followed by a show on packaging, with an emphasis on the corrugated cardboard box.
And you know what? The things you learn in those shows stick in your head for days. You'll be talking to someone, and the next thing you know, you've brought up the subject of composting toilets, and how they're really just bringing the outhouse inside.
Or maybe you don't. Maybe it's just me. But we all know I'm weird anyway.
