Bad choices

I finally figured out what was making the tables go all wonky in my site redesign (pokes finger at "Gridmaster's Castle" link at top of page). Apparently I was missing a closed tag on some of my index pages that put the silly Freeservers banner INSIDE the right-hand cell, stretching it out of proportion.
I love copy-paste HTML. Find the page that ISN'T wonky, compare it to the pages that ARE wonky, and replace the bad code with good code. Repeat like 12 times. :-P
But it looks prettier now. And I added a section for my fluffy little CSI fics. There's probably still a ton of stuff I need to fix, and I still need to find where I saved my Max Steel fics ages ago (or, worst-case scenario, grab them off ff.n) so I can truly get that section running, but it's starting to come back together.
Whee! I feel so accomplished.

Feb. 26th, 2006 04:42 pmI played around with Pandora a while back, and heard several songs from Flyleaf when I searched for music similar to Evanescence. I thought I remembered liking them, so last Friday, I went ahead and picked up Flyleaf's cd.
I don't really care for it. In fact, I sort of want to Frisbee it across the room and see if it sticks in the wall. It's very...harsh. It grates against my nerves and makes me want to throw up, tear my hair out, scream and bloody myself.
Does Best Buy accept returns on opened cds?
ETA: No, they don't, but since I'm in the middle of geting rid of duplicates anyway, I might gather my duplicate cds and dvds, and head down to GameStop or EB Games and see if I have enough in trade-in value to get Open For Business (new Sims expansion) when it comes out. Making a positive out of a negative!
